I bought this product some time ago, and was so pleased at how it works that I bought another one, so that I am not without it! I like how it heats up quickly and has a long cable, it does not drag on my hair and rip it out like some straightners do! Overall, using it is a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would reccommend it to someone looking to buy this kind of product. The padded bag that comes with it is too small for the straightner and plug to fit into properly, so is useless! This really needs to be made bigger.

I have always bought Babyliss staightners, they are the best for my naturally curly hair, but I am dissappointed with these, I find myself having to go over my hair a few times to get the results I am used to, while with others I've only had to run them over once.
I use them near enough everyday,they are light, heat up quickly (not the heat I need) and they cool down really quickly.

carribean hair needs real heat to get it straight first time without burning hair. use it every day. heats up very quickly so straightening hair for less time. very thick hair takes 5 mins to straighten. only thing is pouch seems a little small. plug hangs out.

These straightners get very hot very quickly, the only reason i gave them four stars was because the heat could burn the ends of your hair, fortunately they have three different settings,they look good and are easy to use . would definitely reccomend this product.
