i use skinny water and eat tin fish in olive oil one tin pilchards or sardines with 2 small wholemeal buns or 2 small slice of whole meal bread.i had this with a bottle of skinny water twice a day. i was a size 14/16 but i,ve gone down to 12/14 in 4 weeks and my skin is better as well.
