These boots are really comfortable and did not cause any rubbing even when worn all day from the start. Just one small downside is that just above the ankle the material of the boots becomes thinner, and there is a small sticking out area at the front of your leg where the thicker and thinner materials join.

Afraid I had to return these boots. Even though I ordered the EEE fitting I could not get them up my legs. Normal wide boots usually fit but I wanted them extra wide to fit jeans or leggings. The box only stated size 6 & not the EEE fit so not sure if I got the correct ones ? Nice boots though, so I was disappointed they had to go back.
