I brought this as a sports bra, and although it does not quite fit the bill for the strenuous exercise I was thinking of, it will do for gentle exercise. What I do like about it is that if like me you've see the adverts for those other nice fitting bras that make you look good, I found that in this bra for a fraction of the price in a colour I like.
