Not using for my planned use of the gym. These are just for fashion, they do not hold you in, as I have read on other reviews. They do make my bum feel firmly. If it wasn'tfor the fact that I had thrown away my packaging they would have been returned. Expensive.

Read the reviews before I bought these and thought I would give them a try. They are dot no hold your stomach in effectively if you are more than a few pound over weight. Like the effect it has on my bum that it is the only saving grave for not returning and that fact that I had thrown away my paperwork. However would not spend this much money again for something I could get much cheaper.

I have bought all the top brands of shaping pants, corsetry and foundation garments and the best ones either cost a fortune or are uncomfortable to wear. These WORK and feel fabulous on. I was so surprised at how good they actually are. I usually go for the higher waisted pants, but these seem to hold me in better on the tummy where it's most needed and give the appearance of having a smaller waist. I am a size 14 and have had 5 children, so my tummy needs help! With these on I feel firm and toned, and my "love handles" have just vanished. I think they are marvellous. I have bought a pack in black, nude and white so I can wear them every day! I love them! Get some, you won't be disappointed!
