returned this item after trying it on. Although it was comfortable the hook and eye fastening on the front of the garment protruded because of its thickness. So although the item gave a slimming effect the front was too thick and would protrude through a tight t.shirt.

I wouldn't wear this corset every day as it is not terribly comfortable, especially around the shoulder straps which, although adjustable, are too short. It is, however, great for a special occasion when you want to look your best!
