This is really noisy and heavy. It gives a fairly good clean to carpets, but doesn't remove any heavier stains, we had coal dust blow down our Chimney during a storm, but it didn't remove the stains. I find it quite bulky and it's so noisy that I can only use it for a short time as it gives me a headache!!!! Good for giving carpets a boost every few months though.

The product took some time to put together but it was worth it, brought the carpet up like new. I was amazed at the amount of dirt it brought out as I vacuum frequently. Left carpet dry enough to walk on and all dry by the next day.
